NEVER buy glasses at walmart. i have never in my life had a problem getting glasses before, been wearing them for 10 years getting a new pair every year. this year buying glasses with my own money i wanted to get a pair of sunglasses and normal glasses, i decided to go to walmart cuz they seemed cheap and had found a couple pairs i liked. BIG MISTAKE. the employees are very unprofessional. i have made at least 10-15 trips there in the past month. started with the dr. telling me the pair of sunglasses i wanted might not work with my perscription then the employee told me it should work "looked it up" and had me order them. they didnt at all. when i got my normal glasses they had 6 vertical scratches in the left lens and had to take them to the manager (the other employees somehow couldnt see them), got new lenses and they had 13 verticle scratches. took them in and the lady couldnt see them again so i had to come back another day for the manager, however when i got my glasses back from her they miraculously went from 13 in the left lens to 30 in each lens. turns out it was the employees scratching them up. i finally receive my prescription sunglasses ive dreamed of for a decade (i use to wear sunglasses everyday before correctional glasses and have been wanting them since i was a kid) i bought every extra i could; anti reflective, polarized, the more expensive lenses. everything. i recieve my sunglasses and my eyeballs reflect on the inside 24/7, the most intense glare ive ever seen to the point that its blinding unless i have a hat on, which the point of polarized sunglasses is no glare. well i took them back in and the manager told me its because they only put anti-reflective on the outside of the lens and charged me almost 40$ to put another anti-reflective on the inside of the lens. guess what i picked up my new lenses and they are exactly the same, my eyes reflect bright blue and just as bad. i payed 40$ for nothing. when i asked for my old lens and a refund on the anti-reflective i was told they can only refund the whole glasses and wont refund the lens. now im having to go to corporate and hope i can get this sorted out. never should have went there in the first place.

I am not sure how they got such a low rating, but considering at the time of this writing, 2 of the 3 reviews are from one person, I figured I should add mine. I have been a customer here for 5 years and have never received anything less than perfect service. I have had the same lenses for all 5 of those years, and they have always adjusted or fixed them free of charge. Recently I had the lenses put into a new frame identical to the old, which again they performed for free outside of the cost of the frames, and they continued to adjust them until they were perfect. While I cannot speak for the experiences of the other reviewers, its a shame to let them sit at 1.3 stars when myself and everyone Ive spoken to has had nothing less than perfect experiences with this location.

Well Im leaving a 2nd review of this place. These people are a complete joke. Not only is the staff really rude and unprofessional, as you could read from my first experience but they are liars too. When I bought my glasses I was told they had a 1 year warranty. I asked how much the warranty covered and was told they will replace the frame and lenses one time if they break or get scratched at all. Long behold I come back a little under a year thinking I will get a fresh lens and now Im getting told they only cover defects. Never go here. Ever. This place is absolutely ridiculous. They need new employees.

Only gave 2 stars because the doctor himself is pretty good. The staff have a hard time communicating efficiently, and are always confused. Also, they provide a year warranty on frames and most of the time will refuse to repair them, forcing you to buy a new pair. Scam alert.
