Had a bad experience at the office an ended up having to leave. Arrived for my appointment early to fill out the paper work so I would be ready on time. Iam in a wheel chair and can only be Sean in one room that does not have a stationary chair in it. They booked another appointment before me an that person was also in a chair, there is only one room they can use. When they came in, I just thought I would be before them because they got their later than me, not knowing they were late for their appointment. When they came for that person, they said too me that they did not forget about me, that I was next and it was already 2:30 pm. I waited until 2:55 pm and asked how much longer as my appointment was at 1:45 pm, they said she heard them tell me I was next and it sould only take about 5 minutes more before they call me baçk. I asked how long does the appointment take an the answer was about an hour. Got to thinking, do they think Iam stupid or something, this person just went in at 2: 30 pm, its just about 3:00 pm, if Iam lucky, I will get called back to the room at the earliest, about 3:30 pm, try more like around 4ish. That means Iam not getting out of here till around 5:30ish. Heaven forbid if I should need glasses, as that part of the office is closed at 5:00 pm. Said to the receptionist, maybe we should cancel, her response was, we could do that and she was sorry. The appointments should not of been scheduled, back to back, because of the wheel chairs. Should the fault then lie on the scheduler? Whos fault is it? Im sure the files are marked in a wheel chair on both of them. Left and said we will go else where. Will let the Insurances Company know along with Dr. Yuzon about this incident. Dr. Yuzon recommend that I go to your office because of my disability with MS and diabetes.

I had a terrible experience here. Would not recommend Dr. Wilkinson to anyone. Kept waiting for an hour for a procedure with no explanation or apology. Not given enough numbing medicine and he did the procedure without my eye being numbed. It was extremely painful!

The staff was all so nice, they have a keurig while you wait and work with your insurance to get you the best glasses within your budget!
