The worst experience ever. I chose the glasses and heard I wouldnt need anything but just normal plastic lens. I said ok. Then when I went back to get the glasses today, I tried on, it reflects the lights so I cant even look at things clearly. I didnt get any explanation about it and then was asked to be charged for $85 more dollars to fix it. I said I wouldnt decide to get glasses if I knew its this expensive. What they said is it is not their policy to return money back. I said it should be your policy first to train your staffs to let the customer know about how it is going to bother the customer if I dont pay "extra" money. I got my money back, and all of the staffs were laughing at me behind my back which is very rude and ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I recently moved to Marysville from Columbus and I needed to establish myself with some doctors in the area. I knew I needed my eyes checked because I was having some issues. I called Truitt & Truitt and they got me in within a week of my call. Dr. Tom and his staff were outstanding and made me feel like I had lived in the Marysville community my entire life!! They took the time to explain and review everything with me and were very patient while I took a very long time picking out my first pair of glasses. I would HIGHLY recommend Truitt & Truitt to anyone in search of a great Optometrist that also makes you feel like family.

I went here after years of not seeing an optometrist (and only seeing one once and being given glasses before that) and it was a better experience than I could have ever hoped for! They walked me through all the tests and explained everything because I was nervous and hesitant about it all. They gave me prices of procedures and glasses before I made any decisions and went through all my options along with my questions. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and it was just a great overall experience. I plan on going back for years to come without any hesitation and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking!

Doctors are great. Staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I have had trouble with staff two out of the three times over the years. Bad experience with rude and dismissive service in the fitting section years ago. I vowed never to go back but after a few years really wanted to give them another chance because of the docs. I did and had a pleasant experience. Upon my next appointment I had a HORRIBLE experience all over again. I expressed my displeasure only to be placated in a patronizing way. Each experience was a different person. I wish they had better staff!

I have recently taken both of my young children there and my expectations were far exceeded by the staff and Dr. Sue. They helped ease my anxious 6 year old and Dr. Sue is phenomenal with children. What could have been a painful process of picking out glasses for a strong-willed child, morphed into a fun and enjoyable experiencing thanks to the patient, complimentary, and helpful staff. I would recommend them to everyone!

Told multiple different times for my scheduled appointment and finally went at the last time was told, and I was half a hour early. The process was quick, only reason they get a star. Prices are horrible compared to other places and when I finally need to order my glasss, you cannot get to a single person. Opens at 8am on saturdays? No, you will finally reach someone at 9am, and even then it will take multiple calls.

Ive been going to Truitt and Truitt for about 10 years (thats probably a low estimate too). Ive never had one bad experience here. Assistants are always on the ball and will treat you nicely. I love that they remain at the forefront of technology. They seem to always have the latest technology that can better examine your eyes or catch something sooner. Glasses are a bit pricey here, but where arent they?

Always enjoyable to get my eyes checked and see these folks at the same time. A unique experience in this day and age when everyone is in a rush. I had issues with my glasses and my husband had issues with his contacts, Truitt & Truitt got us both in immediately and took very good care of us in making sure our issues were fixed. Nice new building and super nice staff, but it seems like after everytime they take my money for new glasses they never call to let me know when they are in. This past time it took about 4 weeks and I decided to stop in and check on them and they just happened to be in. I was not a happy camper a call would have been nice and this is not the first time this has happened.

Been going here a few years. All my family goes here and I recently got my girlfriend to go. They have always been kind and quick. They explain everything very well and have excellent customer service. Ive come in for an adjustment as well as have a screw replaced for free. Love this place. Its the only eye Dr Ill go to.
