My husbands glasses broke and he was in dire need of new, same day glasses. Luckily for us, Eyeglass World offers that service (if they have the lenses in stock)! Since we both wear glasses, I decided to go with him. From the time we entered the store, we were greeted by kind, courteous, professional individuals. Dr. Desai was great! She was very patient and receptive to our thoughts/requests. Once we got our prescriptions, we started the search for our glasses. Their selection is AMAZING!! SO MANY beautiful frames and cheaper than Ive seen anywhere else!! It was hard to narrow it down to just a couple! But the gentleman that was helping us, John, was amazingly patient and super helpful and gave honest feedback as we were trying on glasses. Once we chose our frames, he helped us in getting the very best deal he could. He took his time with us, talked with us and just made us feel welcome and not like a burden. Glasses are a HUGE investment and you want to be happy with them, at the same time, you know you are not the only person in the store and have to be sensitive to that. I so appreciated Johns time and the extra effort he made to get my husbands glasses to him the same day. His lenses were not in stock, by they did make a "loaner" pair of lenses so that he wouldnt go without and I just cant say enough good things about this store. My glasses (though I did not need them same day) were done a few hours after we left, so I was able to pick them up on the same day!! We will definitely be back. Thank you ALL for making our experience such a good one!

I was nervous going into any eyeglass place because of my crazy bifocal prescription. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such pleasantry. They got me swiftly through the paperwork and eye exam. When it was time to look at frames they announced an in-store BOGO promotion! I was like Ka-Ching and Thank You!! The staff, including the manager, helped make the experience wonderful and even helped me save more money with a special discount! I almost joyfully jumped out my seat when they showed me the final cost! Praise God for helpful people who provide great service to their customers! Definitely recommended!!

Awesome store. Wonderful customer service. They have a wide range of glasses starting from $78 all the way up to Ray Bans and Vogues. The staff is very helpful, they dont push you to buy expensive glasses, theyll help you find something you like in your range. Really the best collection of eyeglasses Ive seen so far. Also, they are really fast. Took just one day to get my glasses ready. When shopping for glasses, should definitely give this place a first try.

My husbands glasses broke and they got us in the same day. Kyra who greated us at the desk was joyful and sweet from start to finish. Dr. Desai took special care in looking at his eyes. No waiting for 2 weeks, theyll be in on Monday! They had a great system of double checking everything every step of the way. So glad we found this place!

Ive never received so many compliments on my frames, Mike was able to help me pick out the perfect pair. Even when I had to go back to have them adjusted, so they wouldnt slide down, he patiently worked with me until they were perfect.
