I experienced the worst customer service. I went in to buy an easel set, the sign said a lower price then what was marked on the product. At checkout the cashier processed very rudely to argue with me that the sign was not there. I showed her the sign proving that I was not lying, she offensively told me she would give me that price. She didnt apologize for the innocence for me to walk to the back of the store to the show her the price. When she gave the total I was only $2 dollars short I asked her if I could run to the car to get it and come back. She told me that it was fine. When I returned she told me to go to the back of the line. There were 6 people that had already formed a line. I understand its a busy season BUT the time it took me to prove to her the price on the merchandise she could have at LEAST kept her word when she told me it was fine for me to get the rest of the money. I told their manager of the experience I had, he blew me off. I feel very disappointed in this company. They claim to be a faith based company but what I expianced today makes me sick. I am very dissatisfied with this place I will never return.

Great Job! Just picked up my custom-framed photograph from this location. I was very happy with everything including the finished project, the price, and the customer service. The staff was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I was walked through the entire process of picking out the frame, matting, glass etc. and left feeling like I was well-treated and got exactly what I came for. I cant remember the name, but the person helping me was very attentive and conscientious about making sure the project turned out as I had hoped as opposed to trying to push me in a particular direction or to buy a particular frame or glass or something like that. I think they can do frames while youre shopping. Mine took a little longer because they had to custom order a particular mat for me (which they were happy to do), but they were right on schedule and called me as soon as it was done. I will definitely be going back here the next time I need something framed.

You go here to buy random odds and ends to make some sort of theme for your home. In that regard, its nice. The only part I dont care for is the price, which seems to be on the high side. Though, you can find some steeply discounted products, which makes it worth it.

This is by far the friendliest location of this chain. I love their sales. A crafters dream. Cheap prices, Friendliest staff. They have a great clearance center and very clean bathroom/store. We go almost every week.

You could find everything you need for a good craft here. The only thing is that its a bit pricey. Theres also very trendy furniture here for any room for the house
