I waited at the fabric counter 10+ minutes with another woman and no one came. Even after they called someone on the loud speaker twice AFTER I walked to the front of the store to get someone to help. A different associate even came up to the counter and used the phone there, muttered something and walked away from us TWICE! Im very disappointed in your customer service and you just lost two customers today and maybe even permanently.

I have never had a worse shopping experience. First the lady in the jewelry then the cashier and then the manager. I wasnt even being a difficult customer. I just thought that the sign next to the item I wanted pertained to my item. Simple mistake but they acted very rudely to me so I took my items make and when I came back the cashier looked at my one item and said "oh, is that your big purchase?" I dont ever want to go back.

terrible experience. Dont ever purchase an item online. They dont allow returns in store. The item I purchased was $60.00 and to ship it back was $37.00. More then half of what I paid for the item. Any other store would cover the cost of shipping or they would match what the original shipping was. I wont be purchasing anything from this store ever again.

I could spend hours looking around this store, its just huge. You can find some great deals, but you have to time youre purchase so that youre buying items on sale; otherwise, wait a week or two and it will be on sale! I was surprised by the interior of this particular store, it looks like two separate rooms put together.

This hobby lobby gave horrible service, they wouldnt help unload the returned items out of the bag and even gave me a hard time doing my return to get 40% off, i wouldnt go back if you are searching for friendly or knowledgeable service.
