Tonight was I was emotional wreck literally trying to complete a quilt square in memory of my husband to be pinned tomorrow on the Al Organ Donors Family Quilt pinning tribute ceremony. Realized close to closing I forgot something. The guy in the fabric, notions dept became teary eyed h hugged me when I told him what I was doing & didnt know for sure what I needed. He walked around and helped me find what I needed. Cashier walked out side and hugged me too. Its nice to shop where people still care about customer service and customers instead of clocking out... like at Wally world

They definitely have all the crafting supplies you need, and its clean, but the lack of customer service and professionalism is very disappointing. My husband and I were flat out ignored at the customer service counter for over 5 minutes. I could understand if they were busy, but two employees made eye contact with us then lazily walked on by. So rude. Id suggest going to Hobby Lobby. They know how to smile and be helpful there.

ONE power shopping cart! Not much better than Michaels two doors away, Michaels has an employee push you around! Hows that for loss of dignity! Jo-Annes has one power shopping cart, which was in use. Now that Hancock is out of business and Hobby Lobby leaving this area, I hope shopping on eBay is better!

I absolutely LOVE this store. Call it my favorite store on Earth. I love the selections, they always have exactly what I am looking for and I have always been treated so well by the staff. I frequent here quite often and would recommend this store to anyone how loves to craft!

Store was clean but very unorganized. Non-sale fabrics were thrown together on the same shelf as sale fabrics. Person cutting fabric thought he should lecture me on how he "couldnt think of why anyone would use" the fabric I picked out. Will not be back.

Manager wasnt helpful she confuse me also her co-workers. Simple whats does it mean buy one get one free..right!!...for her it was buy 2 get 1 free.. check the ad on fabrics 06/23/17 . weird....

My absolute favorite place to job. They allow you to use more than one coupon. The cashier are friendly. The only draw back never anyone around on the floor when you need them.
