I received very poor service at the Anderson, IN location. I purchased a shadow box and later saw on my receipt that I was not given the sale price. I brought my receipt in on 9/19 and was told that the shadow box was not 50% off because it was considered a papercraft, and that I would have to choose one at the back of the store to receive the sale price. I went to the area specified by the cashier (Teri) and chose a frame instead of shadow box. When I returned to the register Teri said the frame was not on sale even though there were signs in the area and the ad indicated that frames were on sale. I took the manager Jamie R. to the area where I had found the frame to show him the signs indicating that the frame was on sale. He said that even though there were signs to the left and right of the frame that it was not on sale because it was considered a wall hanging. I told him that the signs were misleading but he would not honor the price because the signs were place per corporate direction. Both associates were very rude and when I called the corporate phone number I had to leave a message. No one has returned my call and it has been over a week.

I have wonderful experiences at the Anderson hobby lobby each time I visit. The frame department is the best, and Roger is both knowledgeable and creative often suggesting the right material I would have never thought of trying. He has aldo been great help in finding supplies and offered different techniques to try on my art.

Not really a hobby lobby so much as a craft lobby. Everything but one half of one aisle is stuff that requires you to sit on your butt for hours on end. They have nothing related to active hobbies except like 2 dollar store rubber band airplanes.

I cant go into this place without buying something. Such a large selection and many "unique" items. I seem to come across several things that require a 14" x 17" frame and they sell them here.
