The store itself is decent. They have a variety of arts and craft supplies and there is a phone app with coupons that you can use there. Where we found a problem was that by their copic markers, they had hang tags up for marker sets that you needed to get behind the counter. My husband went to the counter to get me a set, and after waiting in a long line, found out they didnt have any of the tagged items in stock. When a store has tags out that indicate that a product is available at the register, they either need to have it or pull the tags till they get more in. We were pretty disappointed as we had driven 30 miles to get these markers (because Id seen the tags hanging multiple times when I was there) only to be told they didnt have them. Wound up putting in a $120 order online for them because we didnt want to deal with that nonsense again.

Went their for a custom frame, the woman who helped us was great and made the experience pretty simple for me. Also helped with my budget constraints on the project. Would definitely recommend.

Clean store, fast check out. Had what I was looking for, would go back. Only problem was when I wanted to find something I had to go to the check out to find an employee to answer my question.
