Just had a very rude experience with an employee, Corinne. There was some confusion about coupons and how discounts applied with a purchase I made yesterday. When I returned to the store the next day to inquire about it, the employee I spoke with, Corinne was very rude and told me I was wrong and did not understand how the discounts worked. I had spoken to a manager the previous day, Kelsey who was nice over the phone and told me to come into the store with the receipt but when I spoke to Corinne, I was shocked at how rude she was and offered no apologies for the mix up. It wasnt about the money, but what terrible customer service she offered.

Very disappointing to say the least if you have hobby lobby or Joans near you please dont waste your time.! Dollar tree has the same quality crafts as they do.
