I shopped the Holland Michigan location today. I left completely frustrated and without having made a purchase. I had an email coupon for 30% off my purchase. My phone never pulls up the coupons. I dont know why. I showed the email to the clerk so that she could apply the coupon for me. She refused. Every time I have been to Michaels in the past they have applied the coupons for me. I shop Michaels on a regular basis. I shopped them exclusively for my art and jewelry supplies. But no more. I am taking my business to Hobby lobby or to online shop. I would rather pay shipping and handling for a purchase them to endure the frustration that I have today. If Michaels doesnt value me as a customer, if they dont value my business, they dont deserve to have my business. And they wont have my business anymore. I am taking my business to Hobby lobby or elsewhere.

Organized and clean. The staff at this location goes above and beyond what is expected of a normal cashier/ customer service representative. I spend a little over my budget one day and the cashier gave me some coupons that significantly reduced my bill. I will always return to this location without the expectation of getting discounts. I was just so impressed with how nice and generous the cashier was.

Just like any other Michaels, BUT the staff here are so so friendly and helpful. I am a frequent shopper here and am always 100% pleased with any interaction with the staff. They are quick to help you find what you need and helpful when checking out to make sure you have the best coupons you can!

Anything craft wise you will ever want is there... paint, markers, canvases, tape, tye dye, nik naks, cookies cutters/decorations, home decor, candy, etc!
