I appreciated that someone greeted me at the door, but later on in my shopping when I had questions I could not find an associate anywhere in the store for the life of me. To the point where when I came to the checkout there wasnt anyone at any of the cash registers, and the woman that had been at the front door was missing. They had a cowbell at the desk that said "ring for service," and once I did I waited another solid five minutes before anyone made their way up to the register. Totally understaffed, or totally lazy employees - not sure. When I asked if they had the yarn color I wanted in a smaller size, (rather than the $10 gigantic skein) she said, "I dont know." Didnt offer to ask, find the answer, or give me any suggestion whatsoever, she just said, "I dont know." Oh...kay...?

After purchasing 4 pks of binding and opening them I found they arent all the same color even though lot numbers match. Understanding that I would not get my total dollar amount back because I didnt have a receipt, I was told by the rude manager that I could not return any since they were not re packaged. I told her to keep them and will never shop this JoAnns again. I was a loyal customer but never again. I would recommend never thinking you can return something to this place. Wasnt my fault they purchased binding which are defective, and re-packaging them tells me they were going to try and sell them again even though the colors arent a match but lot numbers are.

Very disappointed went there 5/20/2017 between 2:15 and 3 asked for help from a customer rep. and she was very rude then to top it off went to check out and I had a big bill so they had to get someone to get change for it the cashier almost threw the money at me did not give me a receipt or bag and turned her back on me and proceeded to gossip with the other cashier. I was with my Aunt and cousin and they could not find anyone to help her either. Very poor customer service.

Jo-Ann Fabrics is a great place to shop for all of your arts and crafts supplies! They have classes for your children and lots of great ideas for every kind of Holiday and celebration. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

I like what they have just fabric is a bit expensive could be a bit cheaper and would welcome more customers but its a decent store!
