I will never ever EVER shop at the Jo-Ann fabrics on Harvey in Norton Shores MI again. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience OMG. An "EMPLOYEE" if you may, went literally bazerk on me. Im speechless. She physically grabbed a frame right out of my hand- i intended to purchase! Flipped out because there was not a price tag on it. Threatened me, I was actually scared to death she was going to ruin the picture I needed to get framed! I plan on calling corporate Monday.

It can be hard to find stuff, and there werent many staff members around to help. The cashier was really nice and explained all about the classes they offer.

I got for the yarn and I am never disappointed. They have 5 aisles dedicated to yarn! The cashiers are super friendly.

Jo Anns has such great stuff, but the waiting was like Christmas only with one cashier. It made me very grumpy.
