I will never return to this michaels! I will go to joann fabrics from 9/22/16 . I was not only himiliated but very comfused of the behavior of the evening manager (old black woman with glasses). The cashier didnt have change so this shift lead manager came to get my money and came back and said my money doesnt feel right in her hand! How rude and stupid of her. I asked them to check it with a pin or machine and she didnt. I walked down to five below and the manager checked my money with a pin and machine and said its definitely real and that the people at michaels are not only rude but inconsistent.

Visited this morning to have a $35 high school artist print framed. I was surprised by the $295 quote even when I had reduced the order to a single mat. The clerk said that it was already 60% off and that the regular price would have been $900 !!!!! I said that nobody would ever pay $900, and that is a false and misleading price since no frames were EVER sold at that price. We left without a purchase. Will not return. Shoddy business practices.

I am a Michaels fanatic, I can always find some amazing things every time I go in! Starting to get a little sad about their planner accessory selection though, with planner decorating getting bigger and bigger, I thought theyd get a bigger section and keep it stocked better not make it a smaller section with limited selection. Still AbsoFreakinLutely love more some Michaels though!!

Great place to find just about anything craft related, honors competitor coupons (joanns, hobby lobby), always has nice seasonal selections. I have however had mistakes on my receipts multiple times and had to have the cashier fix it which usually takes a long time. Seems to be new register employees often and they dont know how to do coupons correctly.
