Joann fabrics has always provided personal service with patience respect and intelligence. We have been shopping here for years and have created hundreds of blankets (fleece) for our own children, our daycare children, our classrooms, and now our grandchildren. I have gone in with a list of forty children I wanted individualized patterns for each child to match their personality. We would match colors and patterns and they would cut the material for hours sometimes. It was always a great experience. I love this Joann fabrics!

I cant express my dissatisfaction with this place. Its really stupid for me to walk around the store twice and not have help to find what I was looking for. I just walked out. I hate this store now and its sad because our local Michaels is just as disgusting as this place the night manager there is as low class as they come. So Ill have to drive to another city just to go to a craft store or go online for damn glitter. They hire idiots here.

The manager is the most disrespectful person Ive ever seen. I shopped there for the last time today, but in the past, Ive seen her berating employees in front of customers. Today, I parked by Pennys, and wanted to go into Joannes while I was there. The mall entrance was closed and had a sign telling me to go around to the outside and come in. Im not walking a qtr mile back to my car. Ill just go to Michaels.

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life as I did at this store. They need to retrain some of their staff, particularly, Tracy. shame on your company. I will go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels first.

Great selection of fabrics and craft supplies. Clean store with a nice layout. The staff are usually friendly. The cut counter and register can be very slow.
