I would not normally gripe as I work in retail as well and understand that sometimes customers can be a bit difficult. However, this past weekend I stopped in and was interested in a product on their shelf. I did not see a price for the item and there was no price on the box. I attempted to match the UPC on the box to a price tag on the shelf but could not find a match. I walked to the front and asked an employee if they could check the price for me. She chose to roll her eyes at me and walk to back to the isle to check the price. On the way I told her Ive already tried that. We get back to the isle and she proceeds to give me a price for a different item and tell me that everything on the shelf is the same price. When I point out to her that the item I want is also located on the shelf below she again rolls her eyes and tells me that she "literally has no way to scan the item". Thanks for your hard work. Im glad Im not your boss youd be looking for work somewhere else.

Out of the three craft stores near by to this one its my least favorite. There prices are usually on the higher side but they have good sales occasionally. However they do have a pretty good selecion esp. on beads and scrapbook stuff etc. Friendly workers, usually quick lines when I order.

They have almost any craft supply you could need. Dont forget to check their website for coupons. You can normally find one for 40% off one regularly priced item. They only accept coupons from their website though.
