I love this store and the people that work there. Those of you complaining have probably never worked a day in your lives let alone worked retail or another service job. Those ladies dont get paid enough to deal with your entitled, narcissistic bs. Ive never seen a single employee be rude to a customer but Ive seen plenty of rude customers. (By the way, complaining to employees about other employees and or to management gets you absolutely nowhere except everyone recognizing your face and they give each other fair warning for next time you come in). They also have a clause against harassing employees (yes yelling, swearing, and excessive arguing are all considered harassment and will result in you being blacklisted and or the police called). Find something better to do with your time than harassing poor retail workers and try to have a nice day. Life is short so quit making others as miserable as yourselves.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. I came in yesterday a few minutes before closing because I was hunting for something for a gift. I had already been to three other stores, and the employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful even though Im sure they just wanted to start closing so they could go home. I found what I had been looking for and am planning on returning again today. I went to Michaels, where no employee even spoke to me, attempted to go to Hobby Lobby - which was already closed, looked for the item at Wal-Mart, and ended up at Jo Anns and finally found what I needed.

This is a larger version of most of the Joanns I have been in. Im working on a renaissance dress currently and they have most of what I need right in the store. They have a great selection of discounted fabric in the back if youre willing to hunt for what you need and its often on sale. The staff have usually been really helpful, at least the ones Ive dealt with at the info and cutting counter stations. The only exception was a worker at the sewing machine/embroidery station in the back who was completely rude to me, but that was only once.

This place isnt even worth half a star but for Googles sake "hated it" is an understatement. The manager, BETH is very rude and distasteful. She Ignored my needs to vent to the cashier about another employee. I found this very unprofessional just as many others would. Way to go Beth, you earned yourself a half-a-star for your half-ass work.

This is one of the only places to go for fabric and sewing supplies, and they have arts and hobby supplies as well. The service is pretty slow however, and the prices are high. Three bottles of paint were double the price of Target for the same item.

Anything you can need or want for any type of craft. Employees are very knowledgeable and if you cant seem to find something that you need they have a solution or something else that would work for your project. Great deals and sales and coupons.

This is a large store and generally has what I need in stock! However, the customer service is usually lacking. Employees often make it seem such a hassle to answer questions or show you where items are. Not very cooperative when help is needed!

This is the second time I have had to return a singer see mate, the manager is a dick, I had to go back to cutting counter twice an stand in line and now I have to wait on manger.
