And if youre that desperate to shop here, dont get delivery. Two delivery men came to my house and asked my roommate for some of the food I purchased. She said she couldnt give them to them because it was mine and they said, "Oh but we wont tell her." She felt pressured, gave it to them, and they took it. The owner of Modern Appliances had nothing to say and dismissed it as a joke while another gentleman I spoke to actual took the issue to be of some importance. It was highly unprofessional regardless of whether or not they were joking to open someones unopened food and go into it and get something for themselves.

Entered the store and no one available or seen in the store. I heard voices in the back and what seemed to be multiple people working on an appliance. After 10 minutes a gentleman poked his head out and saw me. Said nothing. Waited another 5 minutes by myself in the store before leaving.

I bought a stove from these guys a little while back. The delivery was on time and the guys were great. Just stopped back in today trying to find a belt for my washing machine and they gave it to me for free. Old school service that is so hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

What a great shop! What you see is what you get. We walked in to be greeted by the owner. Bruce then showed us a wonderful washer and dryer set that we are still using today. It has been 5 years since we purchased them. Thanks Bruce!

Have had really good success with repairs. MUCH less expensive and very honest. Have used them time and time again for a rental property and our own home. Would definitely recommend. And have purchased used appliances.
