Ok so like many others I had a very BAD experience here. For those of you whom dont want to read the whole review, in short rude employees, uncoordinated system, a lot of other problems, and yes rude employees! If I could rate below one star I would!! I went on the website and there is a specific box to click to shop ONLY items that they have in-store. Obviously I clicked this box as my washer and dryer both need replacement asap. Thanks to my kids. I find a "nice" set on sale in stock great! Drive the almost hour to get there and she says no we dont carry that, its online only. If you a are willing to spend just a little bit more I can have you walk out of here today with a "much better set". I ask how much is a little bit more? She answers just $150.00/machine! Seriously! In whos world is that just a little bit more? Your saying $300 is just a little bit more... Im glad your job pays so well, and your kids dont use all your money! Who knew the home depot paid so well! So I politely decline and tell her I want the set I originally came to the store for. How long would it take to get that? She said she could have it for me by Tuesday. Ok not too bad.... guess I have very little choice in the matter. (Also before ordering online I did go and check at Lowes. They had a sale model however it was a make I had not ever heard of) So I have her order the set. With much attitude she begins the process. Now I am getting automated calls from the delivery robot stating that my product was originally scheduled to be in three weeks ago. But due to circumstances beyond their control it wont be shipped until two weeks ago! ...WHAT? And I get atleast 8-12 of these calls daily!! Anyway so the lady ordering this... she says if I order today I can have it to you by Tuesday. So yeah go ahead. She gets done doing whatever shes doing theres like a whole bunch of questions on the computer and she simply answered how she felt she should because she certainly didnt ask me anything. So she gets done and says ok they will drop it off for installation on Friday. Umm no! I told you I need them asap! I thought you said they would ship to the store? Oh she says you want to pick it up here? Well then I can have it here Thursday. What the hell happened to Tuesday? So now who knows when I will actually be able to get them. As of now we have just passed the originally agreed upon Tuesday so I have no idea how much longer I will have to wait for them. Or the bigger question is how many more times to I need to speak with Mr. Robot telling me that my things shouldve been here before I even ordered them. She gave me a total and I asked does that include the protection plan on both machines? She goes ugh Oh you want that!?! Really! yes and you would know that if you had bothered to ask, thank you! Oh and while I was waiting for her to imput whatever info that she had onto the computer, a little old lady happened by on a rascal and asked how she could get the identical color paint for the cabinets as the ones displayed near this womans desk. The woman answers how do I know. There aint no way for me to tell. And sucked her teeth at the old lady. The old lady just muttered thats too bad and how she really wanted to paint her cabinets that color. Wished she couldve gotten the answer to exactly what color the ones in the store were. Just waiting on my washer and dryer. No questions I WILL NOT be going back to this store after that. I have not liked this store for a #of years but never had an experience so bad to keep me out. Just prefer to shop Lowes but will do hd if I had to. Nope! Not anymore! Just waiting on my stuff and Im gone! I would cancel but they would probably hit me with a cancellation fee and a restocking fee, bunch of bs! Would NOT recommend this store to anyone!

Customer service should take in store customer before answering phone calls. Phone calls should be outsourced due to the strain it puts on the quality of customer service for those who actually come in the store. Delivery has no set times so if customer service says delivery will be there in the morning its not true. Ask a rep a question and its never their department they work in they find that person well where the hell are they if its someone elses department and what the hell are you doing over here if its not yours. I cant keep up with all the times we have returned broken items due to "shipping" or parts missing from the box. Ask for a product over the phone its in receiving show up 2 days later like I was told to allow for restock its not only not out bit cant be found in receiving though the computer shows its there had to go else where for the product needed to complete project thats already delayed 2 more days because of another failure to keep enough product on the shelves even though technology is implode to prevent such occurance. To bad artificial intelligence doesnt exist maybe I would get better service, some ppl dont deserve a job because that cant perform the one they have now. Some reps do their best but its obvious they lack training and product knowledge. Management is obviously oblivious to their teams lack of quality customer service, product knowledge and delivery processes. The automated phone line doesnt work properly and rarely answered by the department you ask for. This is poor management and for the enormous amounts of money being spent customers should receive a better quality service and product. Dont ask me to repair a counter top that is special ordered and should be delivered in flawless condition. The fact that anyone would even suggest I make reapers or finish the job shows that management needs an overhaul. Landscape timbers cut like a twisted pretzel stick. Looks like a drunk was operating the machine manually. Dont buy anything at home depot garbage products and poor management which comes from poor corporate policy and other failures dont support stupid.

I was unable to acquire the help of any employees after forgetting to bring my helicopter, tranquilizer darts or net cannon with which to ensnare them. After half an hour of trying to flag down people in orange aprons as they practiced dazzling "Pedestrian Top Gun" evasive maneuvers on me, I was finally able to get one by creating a snare trap from the items on the shelves. Its really pretty easy, you can do it yourself in a pinch: start tearing open items you find on the shelves in a search for information you cant seem to get from the dodging and weaving employees. This netted me a passive aggressive paint department employee, albeit a poor trophy of @ 140 lbs, gray haired and in glasses (not worth the trouble to mount, I tagged and released him for further study) who would or could not answer my question, instead admonishing me for the opening of packages by telling me to "Do research online". Here I am Online. Save yourself the need to go on Safari to get help from employees. Go to an actual hardware store. Boyette Casey in nearby Millville has employees who actually seek out customers and can answer an actual question with actual information. I know, I was shocked too. Ps. Dear Google, almost all of the positive reviews of this store I see are from accounts that seem to solely review home depot or review home depot and lowes only, and only with 5 full stars (Psst!, its the store managers and the "Pros" who work there), and 1 actual person who states that they are in "online marketing" and has a disproportionate number of home depot reviews posted (conflict of interest?). Please review these accounts, some of them are pretty obviously 50 cent army.
