We were looking for a new fridge and thought wed give our support to a small business.The price was right, but we have had nothing but problems. We were suppose to get our new fridge in 3 days, then they decided to send us the display model with dented doors to use temporarily until they could get us new doors. This was not what we paid for! I demanded they give us a new fridge the next day. They did but there was a scratch on the door. It took 1 month to get a new door. The repair man set up an appointment Sat. morning to change the door, instead he showed up on Friday the wrong day to install it .I wasnt home. He was mixed up. Then he forgot to give us the cap that covers up one of the screw holes. After complaining for a week, they dropped it off at our house and we had to put it on ourselves. When we opened the package, the cap was the wrong color. It would have helped if they were apologetic, but they werent. I believe we were bothering them. Next time I will head to Lowes or Best Buy.

I wouldve wrote this sooner but I had to do all the laundry. I went a week and half without a dryer...."I can fix it". Well after a while, I was stressed. I looked at Decker and Sons for a dryer on a Wednesday. Needless to say I was drying clothes on Friday. I am very grateful for a staff that understands. They were all very knowledgeable.....with appliances changing all the time I am not sure what I needed. This is the reason to shop local. I dont have time to worry about a "good deal". I know the staff at decker and sons will always have my best interest. Please call Decker before you make a purchase elsewhere. They will take great care of you! I will not ever go to the "big box" store ever again. #deckerandsons#1inmybook

Weve had a great experience with Decker and Sons! I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. We have worked with Todd over the past few months and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll ever shop anywhere else for my appliance needs in the future. They know their products at Decker’s and are there for you when/if a problem occurs. I’m in the process of building a home so I needed to buy a wide array of appliances. I spent several days shopping around for these appliances and Decker’s was able to give us a great deal (without being pushy too). I cannot say enough positive things about Decker and Sons. If you want great prices and excellent customer service, they’re your answer!

Decker & Sons is one of those stores where they have real knowledge and almost 90% of the time have the appliance in stock that you need! My dishwasher went out on Sunday and I called them Monday around noon and it was in my home at 2pm and the old dishwasher was gone! That would never happen at a big box store! Never!

Nice store, but if you need to talk to someone in particular it can be a challenge. My repairman told me to ask for one of two guys, and each time I asked for them, she told me they are not here. No question as to why I was asking, or offer to take a note. She just kept recommending more options.
