My Dragonfly
I have been purchasing appliances from the Trend for more than 20 years, but I must say the recent purchase experience along with the service provided was above and beyond. Our beautiful front porch and steps resurfacing were so new I was concerned the heavy refrigerator would damage the new surface. Also the refrigerator opening was questionable. Linda you were incrediable spending so much time and effort finding the right size refrigerator with all my criteria. The delivery guys were wonderful taking such care not to damage any concrete and literally lifting the heavy refrigerator. As always The Trend is professional and concerned about client needs. Thank you for your service. I will continue appliance purchases from The Trend finding your prices fair and competitive with other local appliance companies.

If I could rate less than one star I would. They can afford to match prices when you buy your appliances because they make all their money on the ridiculous, costly service. We bought a bunch of new appliances 4 years ago. We have The Trend out for service time and time again. Each time its just coincidentally when the warranty has expired, the service fee to figure out what is wrong is astronomical and then the problem is never minor. Its a pump or a generator or something of the sort, and we are given the choice of fixing it for more than we paid for the appliance, or to buy a new one. If you are considering them - DON"T!

They also go above and beyond to help me diagnose and repair appliances that I didnt purchase from them. This is a first class, locally owned business run professionally by good people. Linda and Joe (the owners) will convince you with their actions that the "big box" stores are good if you need batteries but not appliances!

We have bought appliances from Trend for many years and always have gotten great service. Would recommend them and have to anyone who is looking for a company who is responsive to customers needs. Recently bought a dishwasher and loved that I told them what I was looking for they didnt try to sell me more than what I wanted. Got just what I needed and nothing more!! I had a dehumidifier worked on by their service department. They installed parts that I purchased for $527.00. The unit has stopped working. I has leaked out the refrigerant that they charged it with.They said that they closed there service department and that they do not guarantee any work beyond 30 days so there is nothing they can do for me.
