I just want to start that I never rated any store as bad as this one , this store is complet disaster , I dont like layout in this store, I dont like service , you never can find anybody to help you! Every single year since my child was born I tried to shop at this store and every single time I would leave unhappy , this year I decide to give another try and was looking for a particular item for my child , not only I couldnt find this item in the store I also couldnt find anybody to help me , I ask cashier if she is familiar with the store and if she could point me In the right direction where I can go to get this item she said that she doesnt know store that well , wow ! !!!!!!!! Do they even provide any kind of training for people so they will know where to point people to get the right items, it seems like company is thinking only about their pockets they dont even hire enough help during holidays , so long story short I went online and I got the same items that I was looking for for a very very good price , cheaper than it was in the store, and I was happy about Price that Im going to pay , so I receive my item in the mail and of course guess what item came in the original packaging off this particular car so and then had shipping information right on it , so I guess Toys "R" Us is saving money even on packaging, not only my child couldve seen this toy and it wont be surprise for him but who cares right, I really do hope that this review will get to somebody who really will care ! I would love to shop in the store that specialize in toys but with better customer service better selection and friendlier people

After trying to place my order on-line (25 minutes with help from their chat order) then I called their 800 # with no avail (even customer service on line couldnt do it as it froze up her computer trying) I called toys r us Flint, Mi.. Explained what happened on-line then was placed on hold 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. After another 20 minutes, was told they had the items I wanted but I could not pay for them over the phone and pick up tomorrow @ store. Why put me on hold 35 minutes when they knew this is what I wanted to do and they knew they wouldnt let me. Believe me, if it would have let me order on-line I would have. Disgusted with toys r us and will avoid this store while doing my Christmas shopping. I could have drove to store between on-line problems & time spent on hold.

Love this place. Employees are really kind and helpful. Toys r us will also price match Wal-mart and some other major brick and mortars too. They have several fun activities every Saturday like Lego Builds and Yu-gi-oh and Pokemon games to keep kids busy too.

Their prices on things tend to be a tad higher and sometimes quite a bit higher. Thats toys r us as a whole. This location in particular only really gets 3 stars because its just dated and kinda dirty.

Friendly staff. Cashiers are limited during the week so you might have to wait a while during checkout.
