Super helpful staff. Went to purchase an item for a kids birthday gift for my sons friend. I was not really sure what I was looking for as I had forgotten to check with my wife before she left town. Young lady (Forgot her name) made several great suggestions. Walked me to a couple of items, so 5 stars.

ToysRUs is an overly expensive store that Id rather avoid and shop for kid/baby things online. This building is so old I feel uncomfortable walking in the first set of sliding doors. Youd think that ToyRUs is a big enough company to build a new building or move to a better location.

The staff here are very knowledgable and very friendly. I go there at least 3 times a month and there energy and customer service never skips a beat. There are a few choices in town for kids and baby products but for the service and selection this store beats them all.

this was a good nice and decent toy store, the only single toy store in tallahassee(to my knowledge). i know many people are unhappy that it is not open right now due to a accident that happened. i hope it reopen soon

I just tried to call 3 times and after listening to terrible music for several minutes, was disconnected. So I gather this is their idea of customer service. They just lost my business, permanently.

Good location with knowledgeable staff. Easy to navigate store, but doesnt always have the latest and greatest. This location DOES however carry the high-end Figu-Arts action figure series!

Not the greatest Toys R Us, but Im comparing it to one in South Florida from back when I was a kid. Not very kept up in my opinion, but still full of choices for kids

This was a really nice store, but its not open anymore! I drove over the other day to start my Christmas shopping and it was shut down. How disappointing!

Like any other location - theyre all the same. We rarely go but were able to buy exactly what we wanted. It happened to be on sale when we got there.

Much smaller than I remember Toys R Us as a kid, but has a good enough selection for when I need to get presents for the nephews.

GREAT place if you have kids. Clearance items can really save you money. Big ticket items on clearance like bikes are a plus.

Good store. They had a bunch of interactive stuff for kids to do on the Sat I was there, like shoot nerf guns, etc.

Place looks nice, stocks a fair selection of games. Didnt have what I was looking for but I dont fault them for it.
