I went to this location on Thursday 2/16 to try and purchase a tablet for my toddler, and also catch the discount that is given on Thursdays only. I came in and went straight to the electronics section. As I thought I knew what I wanted. However, I had several questions on what I should buy. The store was super empty so I had to search for assistance. I found a guy who was at the service desk who said he would be with me. After waiting for 20 mins and watching this guy run around and help others after telling me he would assist me next while looking me in my face, I left, and was obviously unhappy. Being as it was no other locations I could choose from I came back to try again the next day 2/18. ( I wasnt looking forward to it) When we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly lady who was pregnant. She noticed I was looking for a shopping cart after coming in the store and she actually brought one to me. I thanked her knowing she didnt have to do that. Especially with her being pregnant. I again went to the electronic section and was greeted by a young man name Troy. Troy asked what I was looking for and I explained a tablet for my toddler. He then asked how old was my child and advised in detail which each tablet had to offer. He explained which would be best for my childs age and even the different apps that could be added and how it would perform. He then explained the return policy if what I picked was not satisfying. (This was all before I even made a decision and made it to the register). Troy was very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with explaining everything. I purchased a tablet best for my childs needs. Even though I wasnt able to get my Thursday discount, I was extremely happy leaving the store and while leaving the pregnant lady and Troy said "drive safely". This made up for the bad experience the day before. (Wish I wouldve gotten the guys name with poor service) Either way Troy deserves a promotion based off my experience here. He gave exceptional customer service and went over and beyond to assist.

Dont ever go here. If you can go to a different store. We went here for Christmas shopping. They had 3 registers open one of which the cashier kept leaving to do other things. I was looking for something I found online and asked a worker where I could find it. She said she hadnt seen anything like that in there. Never tried to find the item. I found it on my own. Upon checking out the cashier rang up an item twice. They didnt know if they had a power wheel in stock but I knew because I checked before going to the store. She couldnt fix her mistake and told us to go customer service for a refund. We couldnt get a refund from customer service because they had no cash, so now we are in our 3rd line for a $10 refund. The worst part is we paid to have the power wheel assembled within 24 hours. We went to pick it up 6 days later and it was never touched. Still in the box. We will never go here again. They are very unorganized. Seemed like a bunch of teenagers working there

It is Christmas eve, and the only thing my grandson wanted was drums, so we bought him some at this toys are us. we just opened the box to find a used beat up set of drums, with food , dents and scratches with no drum sticks. needless to say we were unable to give him this gift which was his big gift. never ever ever shop at toys r us again, whomever thought this was the way you do business has mush for brains. You are supposed to be about the kids.

My mother called and asked an associate to hold a hard to find toy and was told it would be held for two hours. So after an hour drive to this location, my mother arrives to find the toy had been sold. Two hours wasted on a Friday evening and no offer to make it right by the store associates or manager. Occurrences like this are not surprising these days but the only way to help prevent it in the future are for consumers to share experiences like this.

These people need some better training. They are very unorganized and fairly rude with their customer service. they charged me twice for 1 item and then that item was different than the sale price. I was hassled during the return process and it was very untimely. I will not be back.

Numerous employees in store and one register open. After standing in a checkout line for 15 + minutes, they close the line Im in. I had to leave with a crying child because I refused to wait in another long line.

The customer service is horrible. Employees walking around the store talking on their cell phones and when asked where specific items are located, they have no idea where they are!

Customer service was really helpful in locating the Animal Jam, toys that she wanted me to buy. I purchased all but three of them for her. Great service!

About what you would expect from a toy store. But once the toys are gone they are gone, very rarely do they restock anything.
