They have two good people Brenda an the guy with the beard I believe his name is James... The others are just stock boys.. and nothing more. you can come to them part with part numbers an they still bring up the wrong parts, an then if you call in to see if they have the part bring an book got your 15 minutes of wait time. Brenda is the only one Ill deal with.. they have a lil tattooed putts in there with gaged ears and stupid tattoos how last year I ordered tie rods for my 88 K5 Blazer an it ordered me a drag link. He shouldnt be allowed anywhere near a car , truck,plane or train, hes a absolutely a stupid Hobbit... Who for a long time didnt even own a car now he has a f-150 and still cant find parts so avoid him hes a tad slow... Called today looking for a float for a Holley 600 CFM carb ..middle number 1850... And all can bring up is everything I didnt request.. so my advice if its not Brenda or James your dealing with head down the road to flatrock auto..

This store has the worst customer service! The employees are too busy telling one another inappropriate stories to help the customers who sign their paychecks. Brenda, another employee, has a penchant for wandering around the store while talking to her fellow coworkers and using loud, foul language (especially when you have your kids in the store....try explaining to a 3 year old what BS means.) Save yourself some frustration, and save your ears and just go to the Auto Zone on Van Horn Rd. The staff there are SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!

Not much variety here. Always wait in line forever. Waited in line once for 10 minutes just to get some power steering fluid. A guy came in 5 minutes after me and they started helping him before me. I had to remind them Ive been waiting in line and its actually my turn. To their credit they did apologize and asked the other customer if he could wait. Then i finally got out of there. Wheew. Exhausting experience when i have my wife and kids waiting in the car and i said Ill be quick. So i thought.

Sure are good at making you like a idiot cause I dont have every brake light in the book memerized. Let me walk out the door with the wrong part. Sent my old lady in and she is handicapped and they made her stand around a wait. I asked for help and told them I was unhappy with the service and what were they going to do about it. They said quit making a scene and get out. Charming I hope you all lose your useless jobs. I seen this Brenda in Action she is a real trip.

The usual auto parts store except the service varies depending on who is working. I usually avoid this store because its such a mixed bag, and go to Advance, Flat Rock Auto, or OReilleys.

Service is fair.. Unless you are a women wearing shorts then the sales staff will help. Which was the case as I needed a few parts from behind the counter... I was invisible.

This autozone has a amazeing staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable..I have gone to the trenton store and have been kept waiting...flatrock autozone is the way to go.
