Its terrible customer service when an employee locks the door as two customers are approaching. I get it, todays Mothers Day, Im a mom; but 8 pm closing time should be just that! The second customer, a gentleman who was also approaching the door BEFORE 8 pm advised me to go less than a mile away to OReillys! I will for now on shop only at OReillys Auto Parts. My two item purchase would have had me in and out before 8 pm closing, but apparently Auto Zone and its management does not care about honoring its store hours even when there is only five minutes left. You saw customers at the door!!!

The staff are super friendly, helpful and very professional. They all seem to like working with the public. If one employee is unsure of where to look for an item, or whether a certain part is the best for your vehicle, they will stop what theyre doing and look it up or ask another employee. The staff here dont stop until their customers are happy. I will ALWAYS shop at this particular store!

I really appreciate the help I got. I had a very hard to find universal joint that needed to be replaced. The staff gave me the sources to get what I needed. It shows me my first stop will always be Auto zone!

Often have to wait for help or to checkout. Even tho there is hardly anyone there. Live customers take a back seat to customers on the phone.
