They are very responsive and timely if the parts are in stock. They have 90% of what we need. They rest they usually get pretty timely. My only issue is that a few of the Duralast products dont work very well. They will replace them free, and do the exchange painlessly; its just frustration that the parts dont work. Seems to be primarily the hubs.

Oh where do i begin... I love the staff here. They have been so patient with me and so helpful. Oh, and can give a few laughs when you just think "wow, what else is going to go wrong with this car!!". Thanks guys for helping me out so much!! Cross your fingers that I dont need another batter!!

Employees were moving in a slow pace. Stood in line for 10 minutes before the person in front of me was taking care of. Seems like Advance in this town has faster service.
