I was helped by a woman with blue hair, I asked to get my battery out too get it charged. She was at first hesitant to help, saying that usually customers do that themselves. But got the cart out She unbolted the battery, but said my car was too tight and that I would somehow have to remove the coolant, to get the battery out. She brought her boss out...he took one look and was like "Well your going to have to take this to a shop to get it out the coolant is in the way...we cant do this here." And walked away. So rude, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience...especially with the fact that when I got home, I was able to get the battery out myself. So if you have a VW Beetle apparently your screwed. Waste of my time...rude service...never coming back.

Usually when i go to stores like this, diy repare or improvement the staff does not know what they are talking about. However i had an issue with my truck and the emoyee Jaun i believe his name was , was very heplful and informative, he is the model of customer service. Jaun and the other staff would be the reason i gp back to this store specifcaly and not yhe competitors. Could use a customer bathroom but other than that its good store.

Slow and none know anything about anything. Literally had to talk it out with an employee how to guide through the menu for something as simple as selecting shocks. Ridiculous.
