Asked if they could check if my battery and they came right out to the car to test it. Didnt have mine in stock so they had them hold it at another store for me. Drove out to the one on Walton - got the battery.. but the newer employee came out to my car to tell me the manager wouldnt let him put it in for me.. (mind you another employee was under a vehicle replacing a battery for another woman). Drove back to this location in Lake Orion and they put my new battery in in less than 5 minutes. The women there were freaking awesome. Every single staff member was polite and helpful. Will be going back to this location every time I need something for my car!

Worst experience at this store. Was being helped by a lady, that was extremely rude. I was trying to look up u-joints and told her they were the wrong ones that she kept pulling up, she continued to argue with me and then when i turned out to be right she bitched at me. If there was an option for 0 stars i would have gave it to this store. I didnt even buy the product because of how rude she was to me and her fellow coworker. Will never shop here again.

Horrible customer service. Staff were pleasant to my boyfriend but I was met with crude judgement and disdain when I asked a pertinent question. Staff where also condescending and proceeded to patronize and argue with me at checkout. I will not return to this location.

I only go here when OReillys doesnt have what I need (which is seldom). Part prices are okay, but they could use some reorganization on the inside. Nevertheless, not a bad store, but not a great store either. Im glad to have them around as a back-up.

Ive had good luck here getting the correct parts. The young men are polite but the older gentleman is usually a dick which is opposite of what Is considered the norm. I come here before Oreilly.

3 frustrating visits. Seems that if the staff cannot type information in to the computer and get an answer there is no help available. Better luck at other local part stores.

Prices are pretty good. They usually carry Duralast parts over most OEM stuff, but most of the time I have no issues with it.
