ordered a d41r battery in grand rapids (where I live) was in the area of this store for work and tried to swap the battery (had it in my trunk and old battery finally kicked it) to my surprise the grand rapids store didnt give me a d51r, but a d51 (the terminals are reversed) this store made what could have been an ugly process completely hassle free. any time I am in the area this store will get my business. thanks and keep up the good work!

I purchased a Marine Battery and was the only one in the store. They never asked if I needed help. They put the battery in a small cart that made it top heavy and never opened the doors to help me get out of the store. They do not have automatic doors. Disappointed they never offered to help.
