This is the worst service Ive ever had never go here one of the kids was trying to help me put my battery in he broke the post that holds my battery didnt offer to replace it another one of the staff member had to and then he hooked the negative wire to the positive terminal on the battery. Shorting out my alternator blowing out the radio and the clock in my car and causing all sorts of problems its still not right the district manager needs to be fired for having such an incompetent staff and everybody in that store needs to be replaced

Would not honor battery warranty; 5 yr. warranty battery failed after 2.3 years, brought to store for return, Manager Dan would not honor because transaction could not be located by my phone number. Our neighborhood store, with numerous transactions on record, just not this battery. Battery labeled by Autozone, dated with their label and serial number, no dice. But happy to sell me the exact same one for $ 151.00

Staff is pretty helpful. Had a bad starter that was under warranty, but we couldnt find the warranty at that time (it was purchased in the late 90s). Since they were closing they sold us a new one and said if we found the info for the old one they would give us a full refund for the price of the one we got.

My first experience with AutoZone and it was great! My blinker bulb was out and I needed to get it replaced. Charlie P was super friendly and helpful on Friday. He was even able to come outside and help me replace it (He really did all the work lol). But I will recommend and I really appreciate the help!!

Good selection of products. It is unlikely that you will get floor help unless you ask for it. They do free engine light checks and I would definitely recommend them.
