AWEFUL, PROBLEM MAKERS! Every time I bring my Ranger in for them to look at, its an expensive problem- EVERY time. Also, once I wait 1-2 weeks for them to get the work done I end up with a new problem. Be very wary of these folks. You may decide for yourself if you trust them but I dont. Ive spent over $3500 with them in just about 2 months and when I brought it in it was for an oil change and to check a power steering fluid leak. Ive had to put in a clutch, new engine seals, gas lines, rack and pinion system, and now I have extensive water leaking after having them "look at the clutch" they had just installed that was acting up. Why did they need to keep my vehicle for 3 days to "test drive" the vehicle to check the clutch???? And then they say they couldnt find a problem, however, its driving completely different. But they never called me, acted like they didnt have time to check it out. I had to go there and ask for my vehicle back because they wanted to keep it so they could keep checking it out. Probably needed to find more stuff they could break!! No good. I hope this review keeps someone else from getting ripped off. #NeverPepBoys #CantBeTrusted

I was referred to this place by OReillys auto parts when I needed some help to go back home safely. I had an oil change on my car right before I came to Monroe and I found out that the panel under my car was coming off. OReilly refused to take the panel off for me due to liability issue but when I went to Pepboys they listened to me and welcomed me in. The 2 guys at the front desk (sorry I didnt even check your names) were super nice and let me take pictures of the condition of the car when I asked and let my daughter in to check, too. The mechanic was nice enough and helped us and I was very thankful for those three guys there. They helped me with whatever they can and my daughter and I got home safely (1.5 + hours drive) to our family. And they didnt even charge us for the help they provided to a perfect stranger we were to them. Thank you again to those 3 guys for patching up my sexy lexy(thats my cars name) Thank you again for making me feel safe to go home. It really means a lot to me.

Got my 1 headlight and 2 small rear lights changed. He was about to charge me 57 dollars! But we came down to 46. Thats a lot for changing and replacing lights. The work i got done wasnt hard, so cant say they did a good job or not. Had called in a quote for a rear passenger strut. Said 482. Thats way too much. Had called in a personal mechanic and he quoted me 101.62. They charge 4 times more than my personal mechanic.

We had an amazing experience at the Pep Boys in Monroe! The staff was very helpful in explaining everything that was happening with our car, and got everything done in a timely manner! Garret, at the front desk, was very pleasantly and made our visit go very smoothly! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for good service!
