THERE IS NO OPTION FOR 0 STARS OR I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN 0! I went to this store for a clip that keeps the tire wall from hitting the tire. I had already been to OReilys and they did not have one. Being that I am a daughter of a mechanic and am fairly familiar with these types of things, I decided it would not be difficult to find myself. I looked in the same area the gentleman from the previous store looked in and still didnt find the match. I looked through the store up and down every aisle before I went to ask for help. There was one other customer in the store and three employees. After explaining and showing the gentleman what I needed more of (because I had brought one with me to match) he was offensively rude and chauvinistic. He did not even look at me and told me he didnt know what that was maybe it would be in aisle 5 but to check the help section in aisle 6. Then went back to chatting about BS to his co-workers because by this time I was the only person in this store. I was astonished at how rude this man was. I went to the help section as I had already looked in aisle 5 and could not find it. I started searching through the book for apx. 5 min and still nobody even asked if I needed any help. I looked once again in aisle 5 and did not see what I was looking for and walked out of the store wishing I had pushed over and entire aisle and walked out saying thanks for your help, guess you were too busy, now you really have some work to do.....

Thank you John - awesome service! After an awful experience with Suburban Cadillacs service dept, I skidded and slid my way through the Ann Arbor streets to get a new battery that would replaced the "cracked" one that my dealer had identified. I called ahead of time and not only what John helpful and polite over the phone, but he was also courteous enough to let me know of their price-match policy in case I wanted to keep shopping around. Very cool. When I got there, I asked John to check the battery before I went ahead and bought a new one (which, in my opinion, was very competitively priced), and as soon as he popped the hood, he was confident that nothing was wrong with it. Hooked it up to the machine - all good. I even asked him to pull the battery out so we could fully inspect it. After unscrewing bolts, checking every side of the battery, and even sprinkling soda to check for acid - NOTHING. Turns out the dealership had been dishonest with me the whole time. John was nothing but patient and understanding about the process and was incredibly awesome about the whole thing, especially since he had to get dragged out into the snow. When my battery really truly has something wrong with it, Im going straight back to this shop - awesome service, advice, and staff there!

I could not even purchase the item that I entered this establishment for because the employee that I approached at the counter, a middle-aged white dude, responded to me in such an unnecessarily aggressive and patronizing manner that I could not even fathom looking at him or being in his presence any longer than it took to walk out the door. This happened to me within the past month and I am just now getting around to writing this review so I have no idea if he is still there. As someone who does not present masculine, is it assumed that I dont know anything about cars and for this reason it is permissible to treat me crappy? Well, guess what? You wont be receiving any more of my business. I thought this was a fairly common experience to have at automotive stores until I decided to hop across the street to OReillys and it turns out that they actually know how to treat people.

I am not going to say anything on the price tags here but about store associates, parking, visibility and access. Very friendly and helpful associates. One of them even admitted the question I asked was beyond his knowledge. Not many people I have encountered admitting their capabilities. Easy access and ample parking.

I ordered parts online. I got to the store early. While they did work with me to get an "upgraded" set instead of what I ordered, they sales staff didnt know what they were doing, except for Nick. They were understaffed, and told me that I wasnt able to get a proof of return when they had to cancel the order.

Whenever I go here they just dont seem as nice a orilies across the street, and only 1/2 the time they have the parts in the brand I prefer, for my 2007 Escape, I prefer Motorcraft for parts, not fluids, because its the parts that came from the factory, and usually only orilies has those parts.

8 August 2017 - Meh. Super hit-or-miss when it comes to sales people. I guess what would you expect from a national chain? Buy your oil at Costco and get general supplies at Home Depot. All the other random stuff you can try here.
