I just purchased a drive shaft for one of my two older BMWs a 540i & 740i.This would be the 2nd time to get a used drive shaft for my 740 from Strickly German the first lasted about three months.Im not complaining about the parts because when you buy from a junk yard you have to take the good with the bad.At any rate I drove from Cartersville,Ga about 80 miles away to get another drive shaft plus some seat parts that Estoban(a great guy ) told me he had. When I arrived I could barely get into the place with my pick up truck because theres always cars parked everywhere and the only space you get to park is what you can squeeze into. I parked and went in to find Estoban but before talking with him a guy asked me to move my truck so he could get out which I did by moving forward as close to the building as possible. Before I get out of my truck a car comes barreling in and the guy gets out screaming at me and cussing me like a yard dog(no pun intended) for ALMOST hitting his dog which I couldnt see anyway besides a guy that works there was trying to get me closer by using a hand signals.It turns out the guy cussing me is the owner.When i got out of the truck he continues to cuss me and call me all sorts of names and told me to get the hell out of there. My reply was no I drove 80 miles to pick up this part and NO I would not be leaving without the part.Finally I couldnt take the cussing so I gave it back to him. My final opinion of this place is not good.The owner is a F*%$ing idiot , a pocked faced little guy that apparently has mental problems. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER suggest to ANYBODY that they should EVER go to this place for parts or service.On a scale of 1-10 with a 10 being the worst they score a 15 with me!

Went there to buy a drive shaft for a swap I was doing for an e36. I called before heading over there and they said they had it in stock. Told them Ill be on my way and when I got there they still had to take it out and told me to come back another day (I live almost 2 hours away). From that first day I was quoted 100 for the drive shaft from the lady working up front. When I got there the next day I talked to the owner because I wanted to negotiate the price. I told him what I needed the drive shaft for (s54 swap) so he wanted to charge me 150. He said its a common swap and people buy these all the time. I ended up getting it for 100 but the fact that he tried to rip me off got me angry. Even though I had a bad experience I decided to give them another chance. I went back to get a small part for my clutch pedal which they wanted to charge me 25 and had to talk them down to 20. Feeling like I got ripped off again I googled the part and found it on eBay for 15 shipped for a new part. I would never go here again. Place is unorganized and they dont care about the customers. They only care about making a quick buck.

I called today about a used fuel tank for my BMW e30 325i. They said they had one and I could have it for just a hundred bucks. I said great, jumped in the car and drove about 2 hours to get there. When I arrived, I found out it had been sold by another employee just 30 minutes before I got there. I wasnt mad at them at all, just disapointed that I had missed a great deal. Bobby felt so bad about it, he had his guys TAKE OFF a perfectly good fuel tank out from under HIS PERSONAL CAR that was in the garage, having just been freshly painted. I couldnt believe it! Just a hundred dollar sale and I had never even been there before- new customer. I am not a wealthy man, but Bobby will get my phone call FIRST for every single part I ever need. Im posting this everywhere I can tonight. Very thankful.

These people are ridiculous, i called over a week ago to ask for a part. I talked to Dave he kept telling me to call back and call back, in an hour, in a day.........and i called back 4 times and every time he had some excuse as to , he needs to find it, the boss is not here, he does not know how much it will cost, so on and so on. This is a ridiculous sales man and made me very angry that i have spent over a week trying to get a part and he keeps making me call back to finally say in one 5 second phone call that he does not have one........it sounded like he just got tired of dealing with me. I work in autoparts myself though not BMW parts, and i will not send anyone up there again or recommend these people cause they are lousy business man who wasted much of my time. Get your act together......

STRICTLY PROBLEMS !! should be the name --- 7 phone calls -- 3 emails -- paid for my part on Wed. morning by 10:51 AM ( Paypal ) now dont you think, you should be informed --- they wont ship it out till the following Wed. -- 1 week -- to get their act together -- Megan - you did let me down -- but you had lots of company also -- " ITS DISGUSTING" that there is so much profit in used parts ------ THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO BE " INCOMPETENT " -- I guess its true -- what they say about southern junk part dealers --- deal with them at your own peril ---------------------- !!!!!!!!!!!

Their service is impeccable. Jimmy is great, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind. I always enjoy Meagans kind service. She has gone above and beyond with her customer service as well. I havent gotten the privilege of meeting the whole staff yet, but from the quick encounters the two times I have been up there they all seem so respectful and genuine. Strictly German Gets Er Done!. My wife was stranded in my E36 M3 (broken diff) and these guys got her on the road the very next morning. Another time, my son was driving it and the lower radiator flange blew in a big way (rather impressive explosion actually)......Strictly got the car in and out the same day, new radiator, flush, burp all that stuff for a very reasonable charge. Ive used their parts service as well and found them to be straightforward, honest, very knowledgable and hard-working folks.

Bobby and his staff are the best, I have been dealing with them for at least 10yrs now and never been disappointed! The people you want to stay away from Ben rusu and Bimmer motor world they told me I had a 12,000 or 12 mo warranty my car repair lasted 10mo"s they could not even do a head gasket, well they wanted 2000 to fix they are crooked as hell, Bobby fixed it for 800 bucks, Bobby is the best!!!!!!!
