ignorant unhelpful morons who should never have opened to the public. I purchased a air con kit from these folks and when I got back home I realized that the canister had been used! When I took it back they refused to replace it, refund it and were even rude to me. I immediately drove the short distance to OReillys and purchased a kit that worked and was advised about where the filler was for the vehicle I was working on and received top notch service. What a contrast. The folks are Advance may be good for the company based parts supply but the ones that I dealt with (including the manager) are not good for the general public, I have been in service related industries all of my working life and I was disgusted, they may as well of flipped me off to my face. If I could give them zero stars I would.
