Had wiper break off on hwy 316 late last night. Rolled in three minutes before closing on a Sunday night feeling bad about keeping them after a long weekend. Two young men were very understanding and helpful and said no problem to my multiple apologies. Even put them on the car for me. I upgraded to two top of the line rainex blades and grabbed a back up quart of synthetic oil to show appreciation. MANAGER: Give those guys a raise!

Kathryn handled my warranty problem like a pro, used my zip code to find purchase when other stores couldnt find it under my name, ...Which I thought was weird because its SUPPOSED to be under my name, phone number etc, no telling how many people couldnt utilize their warranty because it wasnt listed like its SUPPOSED to be, Go Kathryn.

Top notch. Went in with a problem with a battery problem. They diagnosed and resolved the issue at no charge. Went in to purchase some jumper cables and wiper blades and got solid advice without upselling pressure. Wont be going anywhere else.

The customer service in this store is the worst Ive ever seen. I waited to make a purchase for over half an hour without a single , can I help you form any employees. I left disappointed and will never shop here again.

Patsy the manager here was so helpful when our check engine light came on in the jeep. We had to call for directions and the guy who helped us also was very good. Great dependable service. No upsaling. Clean bathroom.
