I try to use this AutoZone because its a block away from my home I do all my repairs on my vehicles and need parts often its always a goose chase going to this AutoZone they tell you over the phone they have your parts you get up there they end up sending you to a different AutoZone or having to order it because the part is missing or the computer says they have one in stock but they cant find it this has happened to me a half a dozen times or more another thing that is frustrating going into this AutoZone is it is usually generally pretty busy theres usually a long line and therell be one or employees behind the service counter and 4 walking around in the aisles stocking oil instead of helping customers

Stopped by the White Lake location on Highland Road, MI to top up my oil due to the warning light coming on. Ronald H. was most helpful in not only helping me find the correct replacement oil, but actually helped me fill and check the level that was indeed extremely low. Clearly going above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service. Fantastic experience.

Went there for return of a horn that didnt work out of the box, didnt have my receipt. Andrew helped me out with amazing customer service! He spent time searching through the recent sales to find my receipt, and then tested the replacement horn before I left. Phenomenal customer service, thank you Andrew!

Horrible been waiting for my part two hours and they have no communication . I am extremely disappointed with something as simple as a phone call but it seems the driver must be driving without a cell phone just standard nothing we can do not even a simple call for a ETA. Pitiful one star is too much

Two times I have been here and there moron employees have sold me the wrong thing then when I took it back I got a jerk who said oh sorry if it is open we cant return it. Just make sure you double check your purchases and of course do not open it think I will go to knights from now on.
