Wish i could give -stars. This is the absolute worse place to get parts...the staff is rude slow and know nothing. I just came from there. 3 people working 1 told me be right you.then disappeared. 1 was doing god knows what. The other was talking with a hot girl with shorts on about horses and partying.(couldnt blame him)but I stood around for a few and decided to leave when i did another employee pulled up taking both handicap parking spots. This isnt the 1st time things like this have happened there. At least 2 other times. The night shift is even worse. My advice is go to OReillys. Or at least head to south lyon. Service is better there.

Most of the employees know nothing about cars, cannot help with trouble shooting or part help. I have been sold the wrong part twice from this store and then had someone at the desk lie to my face when I tried to get help after buying a part from them. Will never go back to this location

Im not sure who was working when I went in but he was awesome! He was very helpful in finding what kind of windshield wiper replacement I needed for my car and after, he even offered to put it on for me which I think is just top notch customer service. It was a fast and helpful visit.

The people are friendly their and know a little more than what would consider average about automotive issues than other stores. If they fixed the parking lot and carried more stock like some of the bigger stores they would be 5 stars no questions

Service was not good at all. Had questions and had to wait for another person for 20 minutes. They never came to help and the person that said they were getting me help walked past me multiple times. I ended up leaving and wont return.
