Calibrate calibrate thats all I hear when I bought a transmition from them. In the past Ive swapped a transmition from my 2012 malibu and had no issues and owned it for 2 years. I purchase a trans from them for a 2011 malibu and the first trans would spew fluid out and slip gears they provided a rebuilt transmition when I talked to them. After spending another 2 days installing the " rebuilt trans" I only found out it was also a faulty trans. So I went through 2 Transmitions that was guaranteed to work each one would have gear 2 & 3 slipping every time... When I called to have my money back all I got was a speech about how I dont know how to install a transmition and how I broke the original when it wasint even working in the first place. I brought it to a friend whos knowledge is way more in depth in the car technical world to get it calibrated up to dealer code and in the end my tech said it was a bad transmition. Now Im back to where I started and more than 1k deep into this repair and labor. Deffinelty dont buy their Transmitions even if they say they have paperwork. All they do is give you is a speech about how they have some transmition guy and how its guaranteed and eventually after they try to cuss you out they hang up on you when they dont get their way. I also forgot to mention that I was told that if I bring my transmition back to them that I would have to pay them additional for the replacement transmition they provided which was broken prior to my install. Save yourself the headaces and go somewhere more reliable and committed to customer service.

This place is awesome. Not only do they have anything you need for your car but at reasonable prices. This was very positive experience for me. They are very professional and put customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. While waiting I observed, Mike one of the owners and his receptionist, Nikki diligently working on helping a potential customer find what they needed. Brothers Auto Parts LLC knows how to treat customers. If they hear someone wasnt happy the owners attempt to correct the issue. How many places actually put customer satisfaction first? Not many. Mike and -KC owners have a strong team Nikki, Dan, Othman and Brian. It is a bit of a drive but it is a beautiful view and well worth going there if you really need a part and prefer good customer service. They cant be beat!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Always treated right at Brother"s They have always stood by their warranty. I wouldnt go anywhere else if you want to be treated with respect and honesty, reasonable prices too!! Brothers Auto Parts paid top dollar for my 2004 honda.She finally died. I would not go anywhere else for any automotive needs. Their prices are the cheapest and best quality in town. I recently went there for a battery and even though they do not sell them, mike who works at the counter, was great help he even put it on the car for me .. great people .. pc i am really sad about the other reviews and i think there is always to said of the story ,and thats mine

My husband and I went here looking for three parts for our car. I had never been to a used parts/junkyard before, but the service at Brothers Auto Parts was excellent. They took a look at our car and in 30 minutes had all the parts we needed and even helped us install one piece quickly. They also only charged us for two of the three parts which was extremely generous. Overall we saved at least $150 on the parts over purchasing new parts online. They are a bit in the middle of nowhere south of Ypsilanti, but it was worth the trip. I couldnt have been happier with the service, speed, price and experience.

I bought an engine from here, and the engine did not even last me a month. Their 30 day warranty ran out the day it broke, and argued with me that their engine was good and my mechanic screwed up the swap. Their engine was "inspected" and tested to run good, but when i got it, it burned all the oil in the engine within 2500 miles. So for another month, i ran the car with engine knock till today. The piston ring was destroyed and instantly burned through all the oil and now my car does not work. I recommend not buying anything here, because they will blame your mechanic for their incompetence

Horrible service I called before I went and the guy assured mebhe would give me $300 for my vehicle I got there he made a check out for $300 his mechanic came out of no where and they started talking in their native language so he folded the check put it in his back pocket and went inside and made out another check for $200 I asked to speak to the owner because I dont live here and I drove along way the mechanic said he is the owner and the other guy said he was the owner and he tried to short me. These people are liars and scammers and refuse to keep their word. Do not go here.

Visited Ann Arbor to see Family for the holidays on the way back my car broke down on the expressway everybody was close but borthes auto was the closest to 94 expressway and understand my need to help me. even they were about to close early on saturday . I literally received the best service ever! they were super nice and friendly and the price was exactly what they quoted me online. If anyone needs auto parts or tires replacement dont bother going anywhere else. Lastly,i am super happy to have my tire fix to get home AAAAAAA+++++++ service.

I was having a buddy rebuild my AOD transmission, when he determined it was too bad and I should get a new one. He directed me here. They usually want payment upfront before they pull parts, but I told them I was coming from Lansing, MI and didnt have about 2 hrs to wait as they pulled it as I was very busy. They did me the favor of pulling before payment. On the way, I got caught up in traffic. They waited 5-10 minutes passed close to get me my part! Was very pleased by their kind deeds and service. Definitely recommend.

I give them zero stars these brothers rip people off and have know such thing as customer satisfaction. They ripped me off with a transmission twice! I had to tow my car twice, out of my own pocket money and what do I get in return; they cuss me out!! They are disrespectful, rude and know nothing about auto repairs! If anyone has had any similar experience with the transmission issue or engine issues, please keep your documentation and complain it to the state as I am in the process of doing so!

Id give zero stars if I could. Willis Brothers sold me a motor with a bad head gasket. I was well within the 30 day warranty period. I complied with all the demands they made and they still wont refund my money. Im now out $550.00 dollars plus labor and gas taking the vehicle back to them for inspection of the motor. They refuse to refund my $550 cash I paid them. DO NOT DEAL WITH WILLIS MOTORS. THEY ARE RUDE, unprofessional and thiefs. Do not fall victim to their crude practices.
