I recently changed pharmacies because this CVS was such a horrible pharmacy. The last time I filled something there they had me wait for 15 minutes, the woman who worked there was incredibly rude. Finally they told me my insurance had been canceled. I spent an hour on the phone with Blue Cross who said they had no idea what they were talking about, then called CVS to clear up CVS issue! That was the last straw after numerous bad experiences there with rude workers and late script fillings.

I switched from Walgreens to CVS when I moved to Chelsea and so far we really love it here but I think its mostly due to the staff. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and courteous. And I think his name is Patrick in the pharmacy department but hes always extremely upbeat and positive and goes way out of his way to help customers.

Cashier, pretty sure it was the manager, didnt give me my change back. He proceeded to help another employee during my transaction, which I didnt mind, but he then just handed my receipt. I tried getting his attention but it did nothing. Disappointed with my experience here every time.

I always have had good luck with CVS pharmacies, and this one hasnt proved any different. They have always been helpful and understanding, as well as respectful of me as a trans woman.

Pharmacy was very Rude when I called to see if my script was filled. VERY unprofessional!! Will never again get any scripts filled here.....not even a last minute one like this!!!
