On September5, 2016 I made a purchase for 3 Revlon items. On September 7th I went back to the same store (06638) on old Norcross rd to return items purchased because I realized that I didnt need them. I spoke with a lady by the name of Liliana Rodriguez who gave me the most difficulty returning these items. First off she was very rude and had an attitude. Secondly she. Stated one of my items stated it was returned and she would not give me a refund. On top of all my troubles and providing her with the necessary information she then stated she would have to put my refund on a gift card. I did not pay you with a gift card so why would i want my refund on a gift card. She knew i was upset about the situation and did nothing to try and rectify the situation, instead she tried to make it worst. Instead she proceeded to be more rude to the point I refused any partial transaction she was trying to complete and immediately contacted the corporate office. Who explained the situation to me and realized it was a system issue. He informed me that their store manager will be contacting me to resolve this matter. Im really hoping to resolved this being that Walgreens is my preferred choice over CVS. Now i just know to not do my business in this Walgreens, but instead go to the one located on Pleasanthill. Hope whoever her supervisor is can recommend or train her to provide better customer sevice for future situations. I will find every avenue of social media to post this information due to her lack of customer sevice.

I left my husband prescription at 2:41pm it was pain and nauseas medicine they told me an hour it will be ready at 3:41pm I called they said it was still in process, process for what we dont have insurance so they dont have to check that so i called by 4:30pm they said 15 minutes so i whent to the store to just wait for it didnt get it till 5:23pm! Really 2:30 hours to get the 2 prescription its unacceptable my husban is sufering of pain cant take anything cuz he is throwing everything up because he hasnt had his nausea medication never going there again i was better off driving a bit more to the CVS
