I dropped a prescription off for my son that needed to be order because they did not have it in stock. The pharm tech told me that it will be 2 weeks before they can get it in. I waited 2 weeks and never received a call that it was filled. So I called them and asked about the Rx. They told me that the pharmacist that use to work there, no longer work there and he didnt order the Rx. Of course Im highly upset because no one called me and there wasnt a "flag" on my son Rx to be order with their next order date. I withdrew my family medication care with this CVS. Very unprofessional, unapologetic, and love to place blame game on others.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst. I called to fill a prescriprion and they didnt have the item in stock so the lady that answered the phone told me to call another location on sugarloaf. The sugarloaf location also didnt have the medication but told me it could be ordered. For over 20 minutes I got the run around. Also, the pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Whenever they answer the phone they dont even try to be helpful they just hurry you off the phone.

I like the fact when u go into the store your always greeted by a person and they look at u and say welcome to CVS and thats great the store was very clean and my reason for visiting the store was to pick up refills in the pharmaceutical and they were very polite as well . The only thing that needs worked on is the employees smoking out of the door they should hve to go in their car some people may have health issues

I went there to purchase a $495 moneypak card. I gave her $500 in $10 bills. She counted the money, then proceeded to check every single bill under the light. (UNDERSTANDABLE) Then she goes back and count the money again. (WHY?) After that, I went and got a couple items from within the store and when I got back to the register, she acts like Im bothering her.

They have always been friendly and helpful. I have had my kids prescriptions filled here for years. They always let me know if there will be a wait and call me when my order has been filled. Great family pharmacy!
