Just went to the photo center where a young lady was working and there was a customer in front of me. The customer completed her order so then it was my turn well the worker just looked at me didnt say a word and went in the back and sat at the computer working on a order. After 10 minutes of her not coming back I had to say excuse me I need to pick up my order. She replies "oh yeah hold on a minute" I then had to wait another 5 minutes for her to come up to just hand me the envelope. She didnt greet me or thank me for my service. I think probably the rudest customer service Ive ever experienced.

Dr. Chinatan Thakker was extremely helpful when I went to the pharmacy to pick up prescription. My insurance company can sometimes be difficult to work with, and I frequently find myself paying for my prescriptions and faxing invoices to my insurance company. However, Dr. Thakker picked up the phone and called the company himself, resolving the issue within minutes. He was helpful and friendly. I was extremely pleased.
