If the economy effects Walgreens I pray this store is the first on their list to close. Just 1.6 miles and only 5 minutes ago is a MUST better store. (Another Walgreens) The Pharmacy Staff is about clueless. I have waited an hour or more at the drive up window simply because they had their issues. They will tell you lies about your insurance coverage. I walked up to the counter one day. I asked for a particular item. While asking one lady about this item. Another lady spoke up and did not have a clue of what I was talking about. You know you go to the doctor. He/She looks into your ears, nose, throat, and sometimes times with a light. It will generally have one of them black disposable cones on the end. You can buy these for home use. WELL, she did not know that apparently. She told me just go across the street. They specialize in those items kinds of medical tools. Funny thing is I found it on the web site. I just did not know what aisle to look for it on. After returning to the computer later on. Then returning to the GOOD store. I was able to find it, on my own. So I went back to the bad store just to show it to this woman. She still did not know anything about it. PLEASE, drive the extra 1.6 miles to the good store, and do not go to this one.

I live both in the Atlanta, GA area and in Tampa, FL. I chose Walgreens since both locations can access my records from the main data base and provide refills from either location. The Tampa location at BBDowns Blvd is excellent and they have a stable staff, they know their customers and greet you by name. They go out of their way to help and always come through for you. On the other hand, the Pharmacy on Hudson Bridge Rd in GA is one big screw up, consistently I may add. They seem to have fill in pharmacists who clearly dont give a crap about helping or checking on what is happening with your prescription. I feel lucky that I am retired from the medical field and know enough to check on the meds that they dispense, since they have twice given me the wrong dosage and once the wrong medication. God help the people that arent familiar with their meds when they use this location.

This is the poorest run Walgreens I have ever been to! I do feel either new management must get into this store or it should be closed. I was on hold waiting on pharmacy for forty minutes only to be told, after I called to speak to the manager, that they were "down six people in the phramacy and there had been twelve complaints called in that day." I find this form of operating a business totally acceptible and after this medication is filled I will never return. I will certainly tell anyone one I know to go to Rite Aide! Theres no reason, in this day and time for consumers to be treated in this manner! Staff your store as it should be or close the doors. Dee Smith, R>N> Jonesboro Ga.

I had to wait for over two hours with a sick baby. They didnt run my insurance at all the first time. Then they told me that they couldnt get ahold of my insurance company and Id have to call them for reimbursement. I eventually gave up because I wanted to take my baby home. So I had to pay full retail price. I dont think they had a clue what they were doing. Everyone the came in before and after me seemed to leave pissed. They really need to adequately staff and train their pharmacy technicians.

This Walgreens is very close to my house and we use it frequently. The store itself is nice and the staff are friendly. The pharmacy on the other hand is terrible. They have given us prescriptions for other people, failed to order seizure medication for my son that we buy on a monthly basis despite having been notified a week in advance that we were going to need a refill, the staff is rude and seems to be inadequately trained for their jobs.

Horrible customer service, Clinical judgement and research. Very sad for patients in need of prescriptions. Young pharmacist at night with poor staffing and no clinical resources to pull from and unwillingness to attempt refill.
