Today I went to the Rite Aid Pharmacy Drive thru and I asked the lady after I waited about 10 minutes if they had cream I needed for the kids (it is a behind the counter cream). She literally turned around and asked the guy in charge if they had any (I could t hear her but Im assuming thats what she did) then quickly turned back to me and said "Im not sure"..........

Terrible customer service with the manager in the pharmacy. She doesnt want to help you with anything. Lazy. Needs to be fired. She doesnt have the personality for customer service.
