I am a frequent shopper at this location and the customer service is horrible every time I go in. The knowledge the employees possess is minimal at best. The response I get when I ask questions is, "we kinda assume the customer does all their research before they come to purchase items or an animal." Many employees will avoid customers when they see they need help or will try to hurry the customer along. The only reason I still shop here is convenience but that will most likely be changing very soon.

Stood in front of the birdcage trying to get assistance with the beautiful blue parakeet that we wanted for 15 minutes when someone else walked right up, cutting in front of us and got someones attention. Someone else came and asked if we needed help and I said we were there first and wanted the blue one that was just sold. They didnt seem to care that they cut in front of us so we left. Oh well.

I keep going there for one item. They tell me its out theyre ordering it. This time I went the girl seemed too busy chatting with friends to answer and when she finally did she was snotty and said they didnt have them and walked off. The entire time I was in the store she was the only employee I saw.

Very friendly staff but the prices for some of the items were a little outrageous. I found a dog crate there I liked but the price was over a hundred dollars. 10 minutes up the road I found it for $70. I did hear from another shopper that they will price match!

Im not usually a fan of chain pet stores, but the selection at PetSmart is very good, priced well, and I LOVE that they are associated with shelters rather than puppy/kitten mills for selling those types of pets.

OMG.. They shaved my beautiful Goldendoodle. My dog was suppose to have a trim and they mangled her!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone. The best the manager could say ... Was I wont charge you..

I love this PetSmart!! The staff from the grooming salon to the cash wrap are pleasant, smiling, LOVE pets and dont make you feel like just another customer... More like friends! :)) A+++
