Just came in to get a bag of dog food. It was marked $57.99 as was all the other bags of Blue Wilderness. When I got rang up, the price rang up as $61.99. The guy at the register said that $61.99 was the price. I said, you cant do that. You have to sell the bag for what it’s marked. He began to argue with saying like ... about if I left the store and came back I could get the price as marked. Pure Bull.... Store tried to pull bait and switch as far as I concerned. I walked out. I came in to get a bag of dog food not an argument. Last time I go into that store. Jackson store has the same food two dollars cheaper anyways. Read the Michigan’s item pricing law, also known as the price scanner law, and don’t let this store rip you off. Ps. I’ve filed a complaint with the state of Michigan about this.

Horrible Customer Service Never again will I shop at this location. I have shopped there now for over a yr and every time I go in and Tasha is working, she is incredibly rude and acts like she doesnt want to deal with people. I have asked questions about the dog we have and every time she has an attitude she says I have never had that problem with my boxers or she has said that doesnt make sense. I went in today to do a return and she had an attitude again. I also asked about pet sitters. I dont know she said. You would think she would know one since she has been there for a long time. Tasha told me to go look on the board. She has horrible customer service. The young man that helped with the return was very nice.

I was completely shocked by the rudeness of the woman at the desk today. Ive spent hundreds of dollars here, been a very loyal Chelsea customer. She was very impatient as I tried (pathetically, yes) to hoist a 50 lb bag of cat litter up for her so she could scan it--just sighing as I failed to present her with the ISBN correctly, never saying anything like, "Take your time," or, "That pretty heavy, thank you," or, God forbid, "Oh, maybe I can help you?!" It was bizarre. Im writing this mostly to vent, but also, if I owned this store, Id want to know that someone I hired was driving away business.

Wags to Whiskers is an independent local business that works very hard and will always help the customer. They have great dog foods and can order products from a catalog including items like Zymox (which is for cleaning infections in pets ears) that vets charge double for. If you need something special ask about ordering a product. This is an amazing store that I love. P.s. The crickets that Nona the owner orders from Top Hat Cricket farm live longer than any other crickets that Ive bought from other stores. Hell, even if you fish with crickets id buy them here.

Always pleasant and helpful. I have spent WAY too much money here, but it is money well spent on a local business and the staff are all animal lovers and knowledgeable. And that is not to say that their prices are not comparable to the big box stores- they are! My go-to pet supply store! They also treat my pup, who sometimes misbehaves, like a princess! Thank you!!

I completely love it, they have every need, & supplies for my dog. Especially, they have amazing & inexpensive dog paw protective products. Which also helped my dogs paws so much this winter, now hes running everywhere, especially playing with his new squeaky toys from the store.

Great store. Has everything we need and more .we needed special cat food for our rescue cats and their digestive issues, and they ordered it for us and keep it is stock. Highly recommended. If you have not been there, make the trip.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, prices are competitive with the big box stores. The Fromm dog food was a couple bucks cheaper than PetSmart. They also have a nice selection of pet toys.
