I only gave it one star because I had to. I needed a windshield wiper blade for a Jeep Wrangler. They have pretty distinctive blades, which I didnt know at the time, but I do now, because when I went to change it myself (even though they advertise on their window decals that they change them for free but didnt even offer), it wasnt even close to the correct blade for my Jeep.
