This place just flat out sucks. Any time I need a part, they look it up on the computer, get it bagged up for me, I get home, and its wrong. I go back and theyre like yup, we made a mistake. This has happened at least 3 times. I have switched to OReillys since, and I am much happier. The staff is nice, but they just cant get it right.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!!! They are QUICK, Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable, & NEVER Rude. If they dont have something, they find the quickest way possible to get it. I have not had one bad experience since They rolled into town. Thank You Auto Zone!!

Bought a caliper with a core charge. They charged me tax on that core. When I brought it back, they kept the tax. They said you dont get tax back on that. Going to contact the state. You ALWAYS get tax back REGARDLESS of what youre returning.

Its AutoZone, expensive but i never had a promblem with customer service as others have. They always got me what i needed without having to come back to exchange.

Employee seemed to be on speed or coke, anyways asked him for 10mm wrench he came back with a oil filter and thats when i walked out. Never again

In the State of Michigan you dont get your tax money back...the state keeps it..thats been in affect for almost 20 years...lol
