My daughter was excited to get her Varsity jacket from Varsity Shop. We were told it should be in by the last week of school. On July 1, 2016, I decided to call to check on its status. I was told that the jacket has been in since May and they called to let me know. I check my phone messages consistently and do not remember that call. However, maybe they should put a different method in place by possibly placing a follow up call if they have not heard from a customer in two weeks after placing the initial call. My daughter could have had her jacket approximately six weeks earlier and able to wear it proudly during her last weeks of the school year.
